Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with NexaPrompt. This Refund Policy explains when refunds are available and how to request one.

1. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are a first-time Pro subscriber and are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase. Email support@nexaprompt.io from the address on your account and we will process the refund within 5–10 business days back to the original payment method.

2. Monthly Subscriptions After Day 7

After the 7-day window, monthly subscription fees are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time and will retain access until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused days.

3. Annual Plans

Annual plans (where offered) are eligible for the same 7-day money-back guarantee. After 7 days, we may issue a prorated refund for the remaining unused months at our discretion, less any discount applied at purchase.

4. Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically. You are responsible for canceling before the renewal date if you do not wish to be charged. We do not refund charges resulting from failure to cancel.

5. Abuse, Fraud, or Violation of Terms

Refunds will not be granted to accounts terminated for violations of our Terms of Service, fraudulent chargebacks, or abusive use of the Service.

6. Failed or Duplicate Charges

Duplicate charges, billing errors, or unauthorized transactions will be refunded in full once verified. Please contact us immediately if you notice an unexpected charge.

7. How to Request a Refund

  1. Email support@nexaprompt.io from your account email.
  2. Include the order or invoice ID and a brief reason for the refund.
  3. We will respond within 2 business days and process eligible refunds within 5–10 business days.

8. Chargebacks

Please contact us before filing a chargeback — most issues can be resolved quickly. Chargebacks filed without first contacting support may result in account termination.

9. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase governs that transaction.
